ASSEMBLY Plant of the Year
Call for Nominations!

Announcing...
The 5th annual ASSEMBLY magazine Assembly Plant of the Year Award

Good plants deserve special recognition. That's why ASSEMBLY magazine is sponsoring the "Assembly Plant of the Year" Award in 2008.

Any assembly plant in the United States is eligible. Plant size, type of assembly process or type of industry is not important as long as the facility is involved in joining discrete parts into finished products. We’re looking for plants that have applied world-class assembly processes to reduce production cost, increase productivity, shorten time to market or improve product quality..

Anyone can nominate a plant—employees, suppliers and casual observers are welcome to make submissions.

The “winning” plant will receive a unique award and a commemorative banner to proudly fly on its flagpole. In addition, an article profiling the plant will appear in the November issue of ASSEMBLY magazine.

All nominations will be evaluated by a review board comprised of manufacturing experts. The winning plant will receive written notification by early summer.

ASSEMBLY magazine reserves the right to accept or reject any nominations.
