Carlson Engineering has manufactured automatic screwdriving and screwfeeding systems in San Dimas, California, since 1985. Carlson incorporates pneumatic and electric screwdrivers from various companies, which include Chicago Pneumatic, Cleco, Desoutter, Atlas Copco, Techmotive, Bosch, George Renault, Ingersoll Rand, and others. Carlson Engineering's screwfeeders and screwdrivers are installed all over the world, namely because each screwfeeder and screwdriver we create is custom designed to specifically meet the assembly automation needs of each individual customer. Carlson provides handheld Screw Driving Heads, which can be mounted to Torque Reaction tool stands in order to improve operator performance. Carlson also incorporates fixtured screw drive heads which can be mounted to robots, work cells, transfer lines, index tables, etc. Additionally, Carlson designs and builds mulitspindle screwdriving and screw feeding systems which install many screws simultaneously. Carlson provides solutions for numerous industries, including; Automotive, Electronic, Appliance, Woodworking, Medical, Aerospace, Toy, and any other industry that uses screws.
