New Posco Sequencing and Positioning Control Systems for Fastener Tightening

CP has announced the Posco fastener sequencing and positioning system from Desoutter. This modular system is built from standard products, works with any manufacturer's electric or air tools, and can be tailored to any assembly operation up to 70 Nm. Posco checks and insures a complete assembly, runs multiple sequences with programmable tightening strategies and position definitions, and chooses and enables processes by fastener location. The system prevents tools from running until in the correct position, and insures proper torque for each step.
