KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia-TheMalaysia Staris reporting that a Japanese factory manager died after a robotic arm knocked him on the head.

Malaysia Star is reporting that a Japanese factory manager died in Malaysia's Penang state after a robotic arm knocked him on the head.

According to reports, Noritaka Suzuki, 31, was checking on a malfunctioning machine at the time of the accident, this past Saturday. Penang state is a hub for manufacturing companies.

The machine was not switched off when Suzuki checked it, and its robotic arm hit him so hard that he was hurled a few meters away. Although Suzuki was rushed to a private hospital for treatment, he was pronounced dead on arrival.
