Energy Components Group LLC will take over a former auto parts plant here, investing $20 million in machinery and equipment. WASHINGTON-The military is getting green vehicles-not their color, but their function. ZAP today confirmed the U.S. military will be getting electric trucks for certain duties. The trucks, using the new four-wheel ZAP XL electric truck platform, are being distributed to installations both domestically and abroad with some modifications. MORE
