Developed by the International Institute for Learning, Project Management Basics is available in CD-ROM, Internet or Intranet versions. The program runs through a Netscape or Explorer interface and can be navigated through menus, index or site map.

The course centers on a case study presented to students in a series of video scenarios. Along the way, each of the principles of the project management process--initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing--are clearly illustrated.
