IPC Produces Training Video on ESD Control

NORTHBROOK, IL--The IPC has issued a new video-based program for training electronics assemblers about electrostatic discharge.
The program covers the physics of static electricity and how static charges damage components. It also reviews grounding methods and equipment, and the correct handling, storage and transportation of static-sensitive devices.
