Precision spray valves are probably not the first tools that come to mind when dispensing is mentioned, but they can provide a cleaner, more consistent and less wasteful application than brushes and open containers. By dispensing an even coat of material exactly where it’s needed, these valves reduce downtime and minimize waste and cleanup.
The valves use low-volume, low-pressure (LVLP) technology to cleanly apply a wide range of materials. Manufacturers have used the valves to apply adhesive activators on automotive trim, marking inks on circuit boards, reagents on medical test strips, grease on door handle springs, and coatings inside bores and bushings.
