WEST BEND, WI—Milwaukee Tool has opened the company’s newest assembly plant here. The $55 million project is expected to create 150 jobs.
Located 20 minutes from the company’s global R&D headquarters in Brookfield, WI, the 95,000-square-foot facility will assemble hand tools for the electrical, power utility, plumbing and mechanical trades. Among the first tools to be made at the plant will be cutting pliers and screwdrivers.
