COLOMIERS, France—Daher has opened the Daher Learning Center in Colomiers, near Toulouse, France. This cutting-edge 1,000 m² facility, which includes a 650 m² state-of-the-art technical workshop, is a direct response to the growing demand for specialized skills in the aerospace industry and the increasing pace of industrial programs.

The Daher Learning Center can accommodate up to 40 learners simultaneously, offering customized programs for key technical roles, including systems mechanics, assembly fitters, and cabin integrators. Training options range from short modules (1-3 days) to career transition courses lasting 1-3 months, providing flexible solutions for learners at all levels.

Since the 2000s, Daher has prioritized skills acquisition and transmission as a cornerstone of its strategy, benefiting both employees and clients. The new center is designed to address the critical shortage of technical skills while enhancing Daher's leadership in industrial services. In 2024, nearly 700 learners received training, with a target of 1,300 trainees in 2025.

The center is a key pillar of Daher's comprehensive training framework, which spans aircraft manufacturing, industrial production, logistics, and industrial services, including direct support on customer production lines.

The Daher Learning Center collaborates with industry partners, to develop specialized programs tailored to the unique needs of the aerospace sector. The center's programs blend theory and hands-on practice, equipping learners with advanced technical expertise to meet the sector's rigorous requirements.
