The future belongs to multi-product manufacturing, but few lean practitioners are competent in mixed-model line design. Participants will learn these skills and how to apply them immediately in their home factory environment.

This advanced workshop will include the actual implementation of all of the line design tools in a simulation environment. Participants will design the production environment and then build a product using production-level hardware.

Participants will have a chance to compare what was learned in the classroom, and applied in a simulation environment, to what is actually done at a world-class facility that was designed from the ground up as a lean factory.
