Elise Chen is the CEO and co-founder of Syn2core, a startup revolutionizing automotive assembly with physical AI to reduce human error and enable further automation with humanoid robots. With over 7 years of leadership experience in automotive, she previously served as COO at NIO, leading the market launch of premium EV brand in Germany. She also served as VP at FINN, forging strategic partnerships with OEMs such as Stellantis and Tesla. Elise holds an MSc in Economics from Oxford University.
