|EXHIBITOR STAFF REGISTRATION|
|If you haven’t yet registered your booth personnel for name badges for the show, please do so now. It will save a lot of time as opposed to registering on-site. Each exhibitor receives three (3) complimentary registrations per 100 net square feet (nsf) of paid exhibit space. Exhibitors have been provided a customized complimentary registration code via email to redeem their complimentary staff registrations. If additional registrations are needed above and beyond your complimentary passes, they may be purchased at a discounted rate.|

|EXHIBITOR HALL ACCESS FOR EXHIBIT STAFF|
|In order to access the exhibit hall floor, exhibitor badges are required on Monday, October 24 – Thursday, October 27. On show days, those with an “Exhibitor” name badge will have access to the exhibit hall floor as early as 8:00am and up to 30 minutes after the exhibit hall closes each evening. |

The exhibit hall will be open to exhibitors for set-up and move-in until 8:00 pm on Monday, October 24, but any direct shipments arriving after 4:30 will be charged overtime rates. Additionally all other labor orders will charged overtime rates from 4:30 - 8:00 pm.

All exhibits must be fully installed by 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 25 - no exceptions. When making travel arrangements, please leave yourself ample time to set-up your booth for completion on Tuesday, October 25 by 10:00 am. Exhibits not installed by 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 will lose their priority renewal order time slot.

Harvest Hoedown Networking Reception will take place from 5:00 - 7:00pm OFF the exhibit floor.
||Thursday, October 27 • 9:00am – 2:00pm|
Morning Mingle & Breakfast will take place from 9:00 - 10:00 am on the exhibit floor. No materials may be packed up, loaded or removed from the Exhibit Hall until 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
|MOVE-OUT / DISMANTLE HOURS|
|Exhibitors may tear down and dismantle their booths during the following times:|

The return of all empty crates and cartons will take approximately 4 hours. Please plan accordingly and do not book early flights as move-out takes time.

All exhibit materials must be packed up and labeled or removed from exhibit hall by 2:00 pm on Friday, October 28, 2022.
|WHERE TO PARK AND UNLOAD FREIGHT|
|If you are driving your own vehicle and booth freight to The ASSEMBLY Show, assuming your first stop is to unload, please read the following.|
Cars, SUV’s, and/or Vans (no trucks or trailers), can go directly to Hall A overhead door for unloading. Please see page 68 of the Exhibitor Service Manual for “Freight Check-in Procedures” and a map of how to get to the Hall A overhead door.
Straight trucks, larger vehicles, or vehicles with trailers need to check in at the RES Marshaling Yard prior to going to the convention center and being unloaded. Directions to the RES Marshaling Yard are on Page 68 of the Exhibitor Service Manual.
Parking: Once you are finished unloading (and before you begin setting up your booth), you will need to park your vehicle. Parking for all vehicles (with the exception of tractor trailers) can be accommodated at the convention center parking garage, which is located on Williams street directly across from the convention center near the Doubletree Hotel and Gibson’s Restaurant. Straight trucks and larger vehicles, and or vehicles with trailers would park on Level 1. The cost is $15 per day (24 hour period). Please note, there are not “in and out” privileges, i.e., each time you go in and out you will pay. Exhibitors can purchase a parking pass at the RES Service Center (located inside the exhibit hall) for the duration of the move-in, show and move-out for $40.00, to include in and out privileges. You can purchase the parking pass after you initially park and go back to the exhibit hall to set-up your booth. There is a Sky Bridge connecting the garage to the convention center or you can simply walk across the street.
|The show closes on Thursday, October 27, at 2:00pm. Rosemont Exposition Services (RES) will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpet is removed from the show floor. Please keep in mind, it takes roughly 4 hours for all empties to be returned to booths – patience is a virtue during this time.|
Out of respect for your fellow exhibitors and Show attendees, when making departure travel arrangements, please allow ample time so you do not begin to dismantle of any part of your exhibit prior to 2:00pm, and leave plenty of time for empty returns. |Launching a new product or service at The ASSEMBLY Show and want to share your news with the media? Contact email@example.com to request a list of the reporters who have registered for the event that you can invite to your booth and provide information about your new product. We also invite you to post your press releases on The ASSEMBLY Show Industry News feed by completing the online submission form.|
And, don’t forget to drop off press materials in the on-site press room in Hall A for us to share with the media.
|*NEW* JOB SPOT|
|New to this year’s ASSEMBLY Show is the ‘Job Spot’ located in booth #1606. Labor shortages and staffing challenges are making it more and more difficult to fill open positions in the manufacturing industry.
If your company has open positions, please bring a printed job description on an 8 ½” x 11” paper and simply pin it up on the board. Attendees that are currently seeking employment will be able to come to this booth to see which of our exhibiting companies have open positions, are seeking sales representation or have great intern or training programs.
Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to post resumes in this booth, so if you are seeking qualified candidates, stop by and check out resumes!
