Paul brings has 25 years of experience in the plastics industry. The first ten years were spent designing and manufacturing innovative injection mold tooling. In his 15 years at Dukane he has been instrumental in developing Dukane’s Vibration, Hot-Plate, and Infrared Tooling platforms and technologies. He has also worked to streamline the entire design/manufacturing process at Dukane and grow the tooling engineering team to 30+ strong.
