Steve Lehr is responsible for the development of business opportunities for career and technical education programs in all aspects of industrial automation, fluid power, electrical, robotics, mechatronics and Industry 4.0. He is tasked with developing relationships with government entities, associations and industry partners, and promoting the growth of technical education in key skill sets required to close the skills gap in industry. Prior to joining Festo Didactic, Lehr held management positions at Emerson Electric Co. and Bell Helicopter. He is also a four-year veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserve.
