Lean manufacturing has revolutionized how companies make and deliver products and manage supplier relationships. The methodology has expanded well beyond the automotive industry to include every industry covered by ASSEMBLY magazine and beyond. At the start of this century, just 18 percent of companies in discrete manufacturing industries and 4 percent in process manufacturing industries considered themselves to be “lean” operations. Today, 90 percent of manufacturers in both discrete and process industries are lean. No matter where your company is on its lean journey, this webinar will provide insights to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
