Mohit Gupta is program manager for new product introduction at Nextracker Inc., a manufacturer of solar tracking technology for photovoltaic projects. He is also the author of the new book, Lean On! Evolution of Operations Excellence With Digital Transformation in Manufacturing and Beyond, which was published in May 2021 by New Degree Press. Prior to joining Nextracker, Gupta worked as an operations and project manager at Tata Motors, India’s largest automaker. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering from the Delhi Technological University.
