Paul Vragel founded 4aBetterBusiness over 25 years ago to help companies achieve large-scale improvements in productivity and support for growth. Developing immediate, enthusiastic buy-in to change, rapid and collaborative implementation of change and sustainable, scalable results are hallmarks of his work with manufacturing, distribution and services businesses. Previously, Mr. Vragel was in charge of new technology evaluation for the computer group at BP (formerly Amoco Corporation), which followed prior international experience in ship design, construction and operations. BSc from Webb Institute of Naval Architecture, MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt an ISO 9001 lead auditor and has done coursework in Group Dynamics.
