Greetings from your ASSEMBLY Show management team! We are getting really excited about coming together again as a community at The ASSEMBLY Show on October 24-26, 2023 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
The purpose of this bulletin, and those that will follow, is to stay in touch with our exhibitors, send reminders about upcoming deadlines and keep you up-to-date on information about The ASSEMBLY Show. We hope you find this information helpful as you make plans for the Show this October.

The ASSEMBLY Show follows the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for exhibition displays. These rules will be enforced. Any costs to comply to these rules will be the responsibility of the exhibiting company. If you have specific questions regarding your exact booth space, please contact Dana Marsoupian at marsoupiand@bnpmedia.com.
Height Restrictions:
• |
Island & Peninsula Booths = 18 feet (some booth locations that have lower clearance and may not exceed 16ft. - check with RES for your specific location height restrictions) |
• |
Perimeter Booths = 4 feet in front half of both; 12 feet in back half of booth |
• |
Linear or In-line Booths = 4 feet in front half of booth; 8 feet in back half of booth |

Hanging signs and banners are only permitted for Island and Peninsula booths, 20'x20' or larger.
The maximum height limitation on hanging signs/banners for The ASSEMBLY Show is 18ft., meaning the top of a banner/sign may not exceed 18ft. It is recommended that banners/signs are hung 11' from the ground to the bottom of the banner. There are some booth locations that have lower clearance and may not exceed 16ft and other island booths may have higher clearance and height restrictions may be increased upon request.
All hanging signs must be shipped in advance to the RES warehouse, using the hanging sign shipping label included in the exhibitor service manual no later than October 12, 2023.

Per the exhibitor contract, it is a requirement for all exhibitors to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. BNP Media (2401 W. Big Beaver Rd., Suite 700, Troy, MI 48084, 248-362-3700) and Donald E. Stephens Convention Center (5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018, 800-528-7975) shall be named as additional insured. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, October 19–27, 2023.
Proof of Insurance is Mandatory
Having insurance will protect your company, employees, and volunteers, should a claim arise against you for something that occurred at your booth. If you already have compliant coverage, please forward your proof of insurance to quispec@bnpmedia.com and be sure to include the exhibiting company name and 'The 2023 ASSEMBLY Show' in your message. If you do not have coverage, it can easily be secured through Rainprotection.
