This page contains all the important information, deadlines, and resources for exhibiting companies at The ASSEMBLY Show taking place October 27-29, 2026 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. From shipping and move-in logistics to promotional tools and on-site services, everything you need to plan and execute a successful exhibit is organized here. Exhibitor Checklist (pdf).

INCLUDED IN EXHIBIT SPACE

Your exhibit space includes:

  • All direct-to-show-site shipment drayage/material handling fees (a significant savings!)
  • 8’ high back and 3’ side drape
  • Company ID sign
  • Registration
    • 3 staff registrations per 100nsf of paid exhibit space.
      (e.g.: 10x10 = 3; 10x20= 6; 20x20 = 12)
    • Custom registration code to offer customers a FREE 'Expo-Only' or 20% off the Conference + Expo pass
  • Access to the Keynote Presentation & daily networking events
    • Tuesday: Taste of Rosemont Opening Night Reception (show floor)
    • Wednesday: Networking Reception (main lobby)

  • Marketing Exposure:
    • Company name and logo featured on the online floor plan
    • Company listing in Show Program and event mobile app.

    • Company press releases posted on the event website.
    • Access to the registered press list and distribution of press kits on-site.

    Note: Booths do not come carpeted or furnished. Exhibitors are responsible for ordering their own furnishings, utilities and labor.

Exhibit Display Guidelines

The ASSEMBLY Show follows the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for exhibition displays. If you have any specific questions regarding your booth space, please contact:

Height Restrictions/Hanging Banners:

  • Hanging signs and banners are permitted only in island and peninsula booths 20'x20' or larger.
  • Maximum hanging height: 18 feet
  • Recommended clearance: At least 11 feet from the floor to the bottom of the sign
  • Important note: Some booth locations have lower clearance, with a maximum height of 16 feet
Please confirm your booth's specific height restrictions with Show Management or Rosemont Exposition Services (RES) before finalizing your design.

All hanging signs must be shipped to the RES warehouse by October 12, 2026, using the hanging sign shipping label provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL

DISCOUNT PRICING DEADLINE: September 24, 2026

Rosemont Exposition Services (RES) is the official show decorator for The ASSEMBLY Show. The Exhibitor Service Manual contains information on furnishings, carpet, electrical service, labor, shipping, and other services you may need in your booth. Carpet or floor covering is required in all booths.

Important:To help make it more affordable for exhibitors to bring and showcase equipment at the event, your exhibit space fees include all on-site material handling and drayage costs for shipments sent directly to the convention center. Exhibitors are responsible for material handling fees for shipments sent to the advance warehouse.

Plan to hand carry your items?
Exhibitors may bring items in and out on their own, provided they can be carried or rolled without assistance and transported from a designated parking space. Vehicles are not permitted to unload in the turn-around drive at the convention center's main entrance.

LIABILITY INSURANCE (required)

INSURANCE DEADLINE: August 14, 2026

As a standard requirement all exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance to cover your company, employees, and volunteers in case of a claim.

Required Coverage:
  • Minimum policy limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
  • Insurance coverage must be in force during event dates: October 22-30, 2026.
  • BNP Media (550 W Merrill St., Suite 200, Birmingham, MI 48009) as the certificate holder.
  • BNP Media and Donald E. Stephens Convention Center as additional insured.

Exhibitors receive three (3) complimentary EXPO ONLY registrations per 100 nsf of paid exhibit space. A custom registration code will be sent via email to register your staff online. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased at a discounted rate.

CUSTOMER VIP DISCOUNT

As an exhibitor, you will receive a custom VIP discount code that allows your customers to register for FREE Expo-Only or receive a discount on the the Conference + Expo package.

Promoting your VIP code can help increase booth traffic, expand brand visibility, provided added value to your customers, and give you the opportunity to win free exhibit space at a future show.

Ways to Promote Your VIP Code:

COMPANY LISTING

LISTING DEADLINE: August 4, 2026

Exhibitors receive a company listing for pre-event exposure on the interactive floor plan, as well as in the Show Program and event mobile app.

The information provided through the floor plan portal will also be used to create listings in the on-site Show Program and mobile app. Company name, booth number, and product categories will appear in the Show Program.

Exhibitors will receive an email in July 2026 with a link to update their listing and product categories.

PRE OR POST SHOW EMAIL

PRE-SHOW EMAIL REQUEST DEADLINE = October 7, 2026
POST-SHOW EMAIL REQUEST DEADLINE: January 11, 2027

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to send one email directly to event attendees who have opted-in to receive third-party communications. You can choose to send either a pre-show or post-show email.

  • Pre-show emails can be scheduled for deployment between August 22 - October 25, 2026.
  • Post-Show emails can be scheduled for deployment between October 30, 2026 - January 29, 2026.

To schedule your email, you must submit the request form with your materials (HTML). Date availability is determined on a first come first served basis.

PRESS & MEDIA EXPOSURE

Exhibiting at The ASSEMBLY Show provides an excellent opportunity to gain media coverage and increase your visibility within the industry. BNP Media has partnered with Riemer Communications to offer cost-effective ways for exhibitors to communicate their messages to the media, including editors, reporters, and bloggers that have registered for the event.

The ASSEMBLY Show offers exhibitors the following ways to get their name out to the media:

  • Post Your Press Releases on Event Website
    The ASSEMBLY Show will post your company press release to the Exhibitor News feed at no charge. This section of our website is where we are directing all of the press & media to check out the latest news from the Show and ASSEMBLY exhibitors. We invite you to Submit your press releases concerning new product announcements, important company news or any features regarding your show participation.
  • Share Your News with the Invited & Registered Press
    Editors and reporters from industry trade publications and general business media including ASSEMBLY magazine, Quality magazine, Adhesives & Sealants Industry, and other media outlets register to attend and cover the event. The list of pre-registered media will be made available after September 1st. Email Amy for the list, send your news, and invite them to visit your booth.
  • Drop off Press Kits in On-site Press Office
    We encourage exhibitors to bring display company information in the Press Room for media access. Up to 25 press kits may be dropped off in the Press Room on-site. We suggest you have copies on hand in your booth as well in case a reporter stops by. The press room will be open to working members of the editorial press. Have an interview scheduled? You are welcome to use the press room for those meetings.

Parking: Public parking is available at the the Williams St. Garage (behind the Embassy Suites, across from the Convention Center) and the East Parking Garage. Both locations charge a $20 daily rate. A skybridge connects both garages to the convention center. Please note, The ASSEMBLY Show does not validate parking.
