This three-day training session is hosted by Toyota Material Handling, sponsored by the Lean Factory Group and taught by the Leonardo Group. The workshop will present all of the main Kanban methods and apply them immediately in a hands-on simulation. It will also feature two plant tours where world-class lean material handling methods can be viewed first-hand.
