WILLOUGHBY, OH, October 22, 2018 - Today at The Assembly Show at Donald Stevens Convention Center in Rosemont IL booth 113, WEISS North America announces new heavy-duty rings to their solutions offering. The addition of these new products will further extend the value of WEISS automation solutions to their customers by offering additional capacity and flexibility from their rotary indexing solutions platform.
The introduction of the new CR700 and CR900 Heavy-duty ring models presents the first two
units from a completely new family of heavy-duty ring indexer. The new models are more finely
graduated and offer approximately 20 percent more torque. The heavy-duty rings are available in
either “Precision” or “Dynamic” designs, depending on where the customer’s focus lies.
The Precision versions have a preloaded drive system to ensure the best possible precision for
pulsing and positioning. The Dynamic versions focus on acceleration with higher power density.
