Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) / Installation & Dismantle Labor (I&D)

In order to utilize an Independent Contractor/Display House (I&D) or Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to perform labor services for the set-up and dismantle of a booth display at the Music City Center, the exhibiting company of record must complete the information below and submit this form no later than Thursday, March 30.

Note that the responsible supervisor of the EAC must report to the Music City Center Security Check in from the Korean Veterans Blvd. employee entrance prior to commencing set-up, and that no badges will be issued until all pertinent paperwork, including a Certificate of Insurance (COI), has been submitted. Also, only members of the local Stagehand Labor Union with jurisdiction over Trade Show services within the Nashville, TN area is authorized to provide these setup and dismantle services.

* It is a requirement for all EAC’s / I&D’s to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. BNP Media (2401 W. Big Beaver Rd., Suite 700, Troy, MI 48084, 248-362-3700) and Music City Center (201 Rep. John Lewis Way South, Nashville, TN 37203, 615-401-1400) shall be named as additional insured. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, April 1-7, 2023.
