Upon seminar completion, using Lean tools and philosophy, one will understand how to create a much more effective and user-friendly quality management system and prevent its future entrophy.

More specifically, one will understand how to:
• Build or modify a much more effective and user-friendly quality management system;
• Incorporate Lean tools and philosophy into the QMS to sustain Lean improvements;
• Prevent future entropy of the QMS;
• Improve the effectiveness (adequacy and efficiency) of the QMS;
• Apply “5S” to electronic file organization to improve effectiveness;
• Demonstrate Leaner documents lead to benefits to Training Within Industry (TWI) and job instructions.
