- Contract Recruiting: An Arrowhead Recruiter will serve as your “in-house” recruiter for a pre-determined number of hours per week. This is a great model for companies that do not currently have an in-house recruiter or hiring team. A team member will do all your job posting, phone screening, and interview scheduling for any open positions within the company.
