The automation solution feeds plastic clips at high rates of speed in automotive assembly applications. The patented system feeds clips at a rate three times faster than conventional methods. It is designed to accommodate standard-size plastic clips used to assemble automotive interior panels and other interior clips.

With a compact footprint of 36” x 45”, including controls, the assembly cell easily incorporates with assembly stations and other equipment. The clip placement system integrates with 6-axis and SCARA robots, sold separately. Or complete system integration is available through an integration partner.

In addition to the clip placement system, Hoosier Feeder will be running an opposing conveyor, a compact product singulation system, and a centrifugal feeder bowl—a high-speed parts orienting solution. The team will also be showcasing two unique vibratory feeder systems, one designed to orient plastic caps and the other designed to feed metal clips.
