Cahners Sells ASSEMBLY
OAK BROOK, IL--Cahners Business Information has sold ASSEMBLY magazine and nine other magazine titles to Business News Publishing (Troy, MI).
Besides ASSEMBLY, Cahners sold Industrial Paint & Powder, Quality, Pollution Engineering, Supply House Times, Dairy Foods, Prepared Foods, Food Engineering, Security and Security Distributing & Marketing. The sale was finalized Jan. 23.
Founded 75 years ago, Business News Publishing owns more than 20 business-to-business magazines, including Appliance Manufacturer, CircuiTree and Paint & Coatings Industry.
