GLENVIEW, IL-Illinois Tool Works Inc. has acquired Ark-Les Corp. (Stoughton, MA), a manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical controls.
Founded in 1937, Ark-Les Corp. produces a wide range of products, including switches, sensors, connectors, controls, user interfaces and actuators. The company's products are used in household appliances and automobiles.
