ITW Acquires Four Welding Businesses
GLENVIEW, IL--Illinois Tool Works Inc. Welding Products has acquired four welding component businesses from DovaTech Ltd.
The businesses are Bernard (Beecher, IL), PlazCraft (Beecher), WeldCraft (Burbank, CA) and K&K Welding (Lake Zurich, IL). Bernard manufactures MIG and flux-cored welding guns and coolers for TIG and MIG welding. PlazCraft makes plasma cutting torches. WeldCraft manufactures TIG torches, and K&K Welding supplies aftermarket MIG and TIG components.
