Harley, Union Reach Accord to Keep Plant in Pennsylvania

YORK, PA-Harley-Davidson Inc. and union negotiators have reached agreement on a deal that would slash jobs at the motorcycle manufacturer’s plant here, but that could keep the factory open instead of moving its work to Kentucky.
