The HIOS Super Point is a key feature of Intrtorque, a screwdriving system that enables precise, accurate fastening. It provides superior engagement between the screw and bit, which produces more consistent, repeatable and higher-quality assemblies. The tapered end of the bit fits comfortably into the recess of the screw and prevents any unnecessary movements or wobbling upon engagement. Operators do not have to hold the screw while fastening. That helps prevent errors and improves throughput by up to 40 percent. The system is compatible with hexalobular screws.
