WTO Rules on Boeing, Airbus Dispute

SEATTLE—Top-level talks might be the only way to end a seven-year state-aid dispute between aerospace manufacturers Boeing and Airbus, an EU diplomat said Wednesday after the WTO sent both sides its ruling on the issue. The decision, given confidentially, was made on a European Union appeal against U.S. government aid to Boeing.
