FlexLink Acquires PCT

GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN--FlexLink, a supplier of conveyors and structural components for assembly and manufacturing processes, has acquired PCT Automation Systems. PCT supplies printed circuit board handling equipment to the electronics industry. It is headquartered in Chicago and has 60 employees.
