NEWPORT, DE-A federal bankruptcy court judge approved the sale of GM’s abandoned assembly plant here to Fisker Automotive, which plans to build plug-in electric cars there. Fisker plans to eventually employ 2,000 people at the facility, rolling 100,000 cars out in 2013. MORE
