TORONTO-A U.S.-based aircraft manufacturer is eyeing two sites in Canada for a new assembly plant that would create as many as 250 jobs over the next five years. The Dornier Seaplane Co. announced Monday that North Bay, Ontario, and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, are candidates to host a new assembly plant for the company’s Seastar aircraft, the world’s first all-composite seaplane.
