SEGUIN, TX — United Alloy Inc., a Wisconsin metal fabricator, plans to invest $35 million in a new factory outside San Antonio, TX, company and local officials recently announced.
CIBOLO, TX—AW Texas Inc. broke ground Monday on a 159-acre automatic transmission plant to be built here. Upon completion, the new plant will provide capital investments up to $400 million and bring approximately 900 new jobs to the area over the next five years.
SAN ANTONIO—Toyota Motor Corp. is investing $391 million at its truck assembly plant here. The new spending brings the automaker’s total investment in the factory to more than $3 billion.

MISSION, TX-—Officials with tool maker Black & Decker have signed a lease to locate a manufacturing facility here that will create as many as 420 jobs, according to several sources familiar with the decision. The company signed a lease on a 270,000-square-foot facility that will be located at an industrial park.
