HATTIESBURG, MS-The human resources manager at Howard Industries Inc. made an initial appearance in federal court Thursday, charged in a 25-count indictment with conspiracy and employee verification fraud. Jose Humberto Gonzalez, who was released on a $25,000 bond, was arrested Thursday morning for his alleged role in the employment of illegal aliens at Howard's transformer manufacturing facility in Laurel, MS. GEORGETOWN, KY-Toyota’s plant here will be speeding up one of its two assembly lines in early June so it can produce more Camrys.
