Materials Manufacturer Expands Capabilities for Regulated Industries

AYER, Mass.—Creative Materials Inc. has strengthened its manufacturing capabilities for regulated industries after achieving new certifications tied to quality, environmental management and defense-related production.
The company recently obtained ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registration, allowing it to supply materials for military and defense applications and participate in programs requiring strict control of technical data and production processes.
Creative Materials also completed ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 recertifications, validating its quality and environmental management systems across formulation development and manufacturing operations.
“These certifications reflect the rigor of our systems and the technical discipline embedded in our daily operations,” said John Valera, quality manager at Creative Materials Inc.
The company produces conductive inks, coatings and adhesives used in electronics and other high-reliability applications. It said the certifications position it to support customers in aerospace, defense and medical device manufacturing, where compliance, consistency and traceability are critical.
