Loctite Receives Supplier Award
INDUSTRY, CAIntel Corp. has given Loctite Corp. (Rocky Hill, CT) its 2001 Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement (SCQI) award. Loctite supplies Intel with die attach adhesives and underfill materials.
Intel presents the award to encourage key suppliers to strive for excellence and continuous improvement.
To qualify for SCQI status, suppliers must achieve high points on performance, ability to meet cost, quality, availability, technology and responsiveness goals. Suppliers must also manage and deliver on a challenging improvement plan and a quality systems assessment.
