ANN ARBOR, MI--The Robotics Industry Association (RIA) has presented its 2001 Joseph F. Engelberger Award for Leadership to Anthony Stäubli, president and CEO of the Stäubli Group (Pfäffikon, Switzerland).
The Engelberger Awards recognize outstanding individuals from around the world for achievements in robotic technology development, application, education and leadership.
"The Engelberger Award signifies Mr. Stäubli's management achievements in the global robotics business," says Donald Vincent, executive vice president of the RIA. "He is truly a man with a vision and a commitment to robotics."
