K&S Receives Purchase Order From Nantong Fujitsu
WILLOW GROVE, PA—Nantong Fujitsu has ordered Nu-Tek wire bonders from Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc. for its facility in Nantong City, China. The wire bonding equipment will be used to assemble a wide range of integrated-circuit packages.
"The Nu-Tek bonders are especially well-suited for our manufacturing needs at Nantong Fujitsu. This new machine provides high productivity per square meter, and this will maximize our overall factory efficiency," says Mingda Shi, general manager of Nantong Fujitsu.
