FORT SMITH, AR-Fort Smith welcomed the news of three economic announcements July 21:
* Fishing lure manufacturer Pradco-Fishing will build a $21 million facility at Fort Chaffee.

* QualServ Corp., a manufacturer of commercial cabinetry, will move its corporate headquarters to Fort Smith.

* Airgun manufacturer Umarex USA will expand its operations at Fort Smith by moving to a new 65,000-square-foot facility, also at Fort Chaffee.
