Fiat Chrysler to Stop Producing Sedans in Favor of Trucks, SUVs
DETROIT—Convinced that the American auto market has fundamentally changed, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is prepared to stake much of its future on the success of its Jeeps and Ram pickups.
