NY-Based Electronics Manufacturer Grew More Than 50 Percent Last Year

February 17, 2020

PHELPS, NY — Z-AXIS Inc., an electronics design and contract manufacturing services provider, announced that its revenues grew more than 50 percent in 2019.

The privately held company increased employment by 10 percent in 2019, adding staff in purchasing, design engineering, manufacturing engineering and production.

“Our growth was largely due to a strong focus on process improvements, leading to increased efficiency and capacity,” says Z-AXIS President Michael Allen. “I am extremely pleased with the results, and with the dedication to continuous improvement by both management and staff across all areas of the company.”

Key growth areas were surface mount technology printed circuit board assembly, robotic conformal coating of PCB assemblies and electronic product “box build” assembly services.
