Dreame Tech's Smart Factory Produces Ultra-High-Speed Vacuum Motors
SUZHOU, China–Dreame Technology has begun production of ultra-high-speed smart vacuum motors at its facility here. The motors, which can reach 150,000 rpm, will be used in a cordless vacuum model expected to be released in March 2021.
The factory features six production lines and can achieve an annual production capacity of four million. Leading the factory are experts in the fields of motor R&D, laboratory, machine engineering, machine quality, supply chain, finance and human resources.
Close collaboration and teamwork are essential for smooth operations of the factory to ensure high-quality motors and coordinate the supply chain and delivery. Intelligent manufacturing and mechanized operations ensure high precision assembly.
This past year, Dreame's total number of patents reached 248, primarily thanks to company engineers with an aerospace background.
