PI Expands U.S. Operations with New High-Tech Production Facility
PI is a global leader in precision motion control and nanopositioning solutions for high-growth markets—including semiconductor, photonics, life science, aerospace, and industrial automation—is investing in a new 140,000 sq ft factory in Shrewsbury, MA.
Designed to boost local support and speed up innovation, the new site will produce gantry robots, precision rotary stages, air bearings, piezo nanopositioning systems, and high-precision automation solutions.
U.S. customers will gain faster access to advanced technologies and improved engineering collaboration. PI’s Increased onshore production will also mitigate import tariffs and supply chain risks.
