This investment is in addition to a prior $30 million investment the company made recently in the facility, which added an R&D center and other improvements.
BEAUMONT, TX—HVAC manufacturer Air Comfort Inc. intends to build a new 18,000-square-foot office and assembly plant here next to its existing facility.
