VIDEO | Humanoid Robot Shows Off Its Moves at AME
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Joe Teague, owner and organizer of the Advanced Manufacturing Expo, says this year’s event will feature humanoid robots from Unitree and DOBOT.
Unitree will appear through Conduit, an AME exhibitor that specializes in connecting smart manufacturing systems, including autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles and humanoids.
Teague said DOBOT also will bring Atom, its humanoid robot, to the show. He said the robot’s appearance at AME will mark only its second appearance in the United States.
“They’re also our keynote, so they’ll be there to do a keynote, as well as a live demonstration,” Teague said.
Teague said he is excited to have both humanoids at the event, and there may be additional announcements ahead of the show.
The Advanced Manufacturing Expo will be held July 29-30, 2026.
