East West Manufacturing Acquires Vexos, Expands Global Manufacturing Network

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. — East West Manufacturing has acquired electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider Vexos, expanding its engineering, manufacturing and supply chain capabilities across North America and Asia.
The acquisition adds Vexos' operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, China and Vietnam to East West's global manufacturing network. Vexos provides electronics manufacturing services and custom material solutions for OEMs serving the industrial, medical, computing, communications, aerospace, defense, space and automotive markets.
According to the companies, the combined organization will expand its capabilities in high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing for regulated industries, including medical devices, aerospace and AI data centers.

"Its capabilities align naturally with East West and add to our expertise in helping customers navigate complex engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain challenges."
East West said the acquisition will strengthen its ability to support customers throughout the product lifecycle, from product design and industrialization to manufacturing, fulfillment and global delivery.
