WOOD DALE, IL—Danaher Motion has acquired G&L Motion Control Inc. (GLMC, Fond Du Lac, WI), a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp (Düsseldorf, Germany).

GLMC manufactures motion control products for machine builders serving the packaging, converting, printing, material handling, machining, assembly, metal cutting and semiconductor wafer processing sectors.
